A World Authority On Peak State
A World Authority On Peak State

Here are the details on what will be my last live event for quite a while because I’ll be living abroad again.
It’s May 20-22
It’s about Sexual Awakening and clearing their anxieties and issues around the energy of women. These rare events are legendary. Testimonials on that page.
Dec 18th
Recently I got back from AwesomenessFest in Costa Rica. It was an amazing event however my camera was broken so I didn’t bring it. I had my video camera but didn’t really use it.
I first heard of the event (before it was called this) when Vishen spoke @ Yanik’s Underground 6 where I signed up right away for the 2 for 1 deal. Even though I started the name MindReel about 2 years ago, I’d never heard of MindValley or him until he spoke. I was so drawn to his UG6 presentation that I joined others in the room after where they could sign up for this event without knowing all of the details.
(I also promoted it to several people during the following months through word of mouth and @ the T&C Summit which was the best content seminar I’ve been at)
It wasn’t until I was in the room talking with Kristina his wife and asked them where they met that I found they were also in AIESEC back in college. It turns out Vishen and I had many of the same best friends in college! We were probably even at some of the same parties. He was at University of Michigan and I was at UW-Madison a year ahead.
With AIESEC’s strong pedigree of knowing how to work hard and play hard and me also getting into self-help this event was a must attend. The event itself was WELL worth it yet dynamic. Because I’m very experienced with energy and peak state experiences I know what is possible and had a lot of high expectations. Many of the speakers I really learned some good stuff from or new angles and others not as much (but that’s to be expected).
Also, I guess when it’s your birthday you expect the world and more synergy but it was still nice (I missed the main event after b/c I was driving with my roommate getting lost on the way to town to pick up some items..sorry but I’m not paying $32 for every meal at the hotel and they didn’t even have an atm). There was still good networking at the hotel after though.
As a producer/promoter myself things in reality almost never live up to my vision or expectation of what they can be (99% of niteclubs fail consistently) and that’s something I’ll be working on in the future: building and sustaining peak state and group experiences, pulling all of the elements together to make things legendary (like my house parties). I’m only appearing critical b/c I expect that of myself (commitment to kaizen) and always asking ways to improve my own events and communication.
They definitely got it right much of the event far superseding most events. It was DEFINITELY awesome and smokes most other events. For some it might have been legendary but didn’t reach that level for me, I think in the future it can though. I think everything will improve when people realize how much value I have to give that is off the charts..I’m working on communicating that and it felt like I was just another attendee (which is on me)..I expect more of myself. For my followers, don’t worry we WILL be having our own events too.
I was very aware of what could be improved about the event and what was really great about it and I’m sure they’ll improve the minor discrepancies for the next event. Overall though it was definitely amazing but the question that can be asked is ‘how can we create even more synergy amongst the attendees’? I think they clearly worked harder at that than most events (the dancing lesson session was great) and delivered.
I really miss the strong interdependent bonds of AIESEC days. That is where I really learned to value interdependence and all things international!
Most other events don’t compare and don’t have amazing side excursions and things planned.
I always get insomnia and burned out at long weekend events…if I don’t have my solo time to recharge I’m a dead stick towards the end (as it was here). I was REALLY a dead stick Sunday morning after my joint Montreal event several months ago but the future events are going to be even more legendary b/c the synergy we had was off the charts.
The peaks that AFest did have were well worth attending alone for the cost and the caliber of people and networking was top notch. Lisa Nichols gave the greatest empowering presentation I’d ever experienced and I’ve seen many. To me that really mattered because of my vision for spreading the message of female energy liberation (and with natural grounding meditation). She was very influential on the emotional level and open herself..that created more impact on everyone.
Also EXTREMELY powerful was ‘whispers’…MASSIVELY powerful…so powerful just the thought of it affects you. I’d never seen or heard that before and it was amazing. Ok THAT was legendary so was Lisa’s speech. I block myself still in public (but not in private) about getting open emotionally. I would have been a RIVER had I opened up in public during Lisa’s speech and whispers.
Another highlight was Devon having us do the 5 minute eye contact (I’ll talk about that sometime else). On Saturday night I just had to have some solo time after Lisa’s speech and did some legendary natural grounding and then missed the buses so took a cab into Tamarindo. That was a good night and people had to dress like pirates – even though I missed like the one free meal! At least we had a hunk of ham in our fridge.
There was a lot of connection and sharing but nothing is as interdependent as it could be (with me being an idealist)…I was blocked from meeting some people and I could see that some people still had blocks or judgments about meeting me (maybe b/c I look too sexy or stylish and they can’t see through to the deeper infinite power I represent yet which is sometimes hard to communicate without ‘showing’ people shakti energy).
I’ve also learned some things from this event (and AIESEC) that I’m going to take to our own events. Breaking down barriers of judgments, valuing the connecting of people more, etc.
Also since I’m new in self-help industry (although been preparing for years) and at this point not yet established it may have hindered some relationships from progressing so far but that’s how it goes. I’m experienced at power networking and some relationships just take time. Plant a seed…at least connect and it can develop further in the future. This was great for that.
Finally got to meet Sean Stephenson in person even though we both spoke at Eben’s Man Transformation event in L.A. He was one of the highlights as well.
I’d lived in Costa Rica earlier in the year for 5 weeks and this was all about the event in a beautiful, different location. It was some great networking and relationship building. I predict a successful recurring series they have here and I would definitely plan to attend future events, possibly even speak. I’d give it 9/10 stars.

Subtitled: “Quantum Leap Your Empowerment Potential”
Have you noticed how the self-help industry has evolved? In the U.S.
it mostly used to be about positive thinking, the ego and mental fortitude.
Recently, it’s finally bridging more of the Eastern and spiritual influence
into mainstream with the likes of Eckhart Tolle and the growing spread of
traditional meditation.
This focus on spirituality is great but a mistake (or limitation) I see
is that the industry is still overlooking an IMMENSE amount of power
and energy…even the PRIMARY (and more daily relevant) powers.
Sexual and emotional energy are still kind of ‘hidden’ or unawares. It
isn’t talked about much yet it is an extremely powerful influencer of not
only our state experience, quality of life and behavior, but of manifesting
things with the Law of Attraction and empowering ourselves to no limit.
That power (a.k.a. energy) is secretly used against us (instead of for
manifesting our own destinies) in games of socio-economic power, influence
and manipulation because emotion and sexual desire are VERY strong forces.
Yet it’s still a ‘dark area’ up until now.
Why don’t they cover it? I don’t know. I am here to say that there is
MORE than just the ego and the general non-ego. You are more than a
mental and spiritual self.
You are:
A physical self
A sexual self
An emotional self
AND a spiritual self
And I will help you get ‘in tune’ with that and to empower it.
That is a LOT of potential power energy that you have that is mostly
being unused and unharnessed (or that is working against you and blocking
your true potential).
This is also a VERY exciting area to work with yourself on. See..
You DO have physical, sexual, emotional, mental and spiritual energy
and those unique energies can now be used to do miracles in your life
and your total, holistic empowerment. There are all kinds of techniques
I’ve been doing that are very different from regular spiritual meditation.
If you’re ‘only’ working with escaping your mental energy to be egoless
in a traditional ‘silent room’ type of experience (that’s GREAT), but
wouldn’t that actually be limiting your total, holistic power?
Instead of escaping the mind, couldn’t you EMPOWER yourself with the
force of sexual and emotional energy if you knew how to use it?
Wouldn’t a mere spiritual focus be limiting your capability to experience
expanded states of holistic egoless bliss on these other energy levels?
What about sexual and emotional meditative experiences?! What about
using ALL of your energy to experience impossible bliss and to feel
aligned to your purpose in life to attract and manifest the greatest
things?!
For some reason traditional spiritualists not only rarely acknowledge
emotional, physical and sexual energy, it’s almost like they completely
avoid it!? Yet these are EGOLESS energies in their pure form.
For the past 5 years I have been doing some POWERFUL things that
extend BEYOND the traditional new age spiritual work of regular
meditation…some things that haven’t even been taught yet.
The expanded reality is that you have infinite power that you can use to
SUPPORT your egoic mind. We’re now really just entering that era with
P.S.M. where we will WORK in these areas and apply them to your life
so see immeasurable results.
So when we can start working on these other egoless levels beyond merely
‘personal’ development (ego-based) and the rest of the new age of self-help
which is almost exclusively focused on egoless spirituality, you have
entire WORLDS of new possibilities and power for instant change and
strength of character beyond what you can fathom.
MindReel and P.S.M. is about what I call ‘holistic empowerment’ and
practically experiencing states of bliss, flow, and empowerment not
possible otherwise. Many of the things we do are FUN and actually
easy yet extremely powerful.
Now, you’re not just LIMITED to your spiritual self (especially if
it was difficult for you to silence your mind to get into traditional
meditation!)
It’s about BRIDGING your total egoless power potential and applying it
to support your good, ego-based goals to live life at levels beyond
Renaissance. It’s being the best you on ALL levels: spiritually,
emotionally, sexually, physically, mentally (even socially).
This is a new age. As the (uncontested) world authority on sexual
transmutation and emotional conditioning I have a lot of great stuff
coming up for you.
Every email, content piece and all products even future events has to
do with this 1 core concept: your holistic empowerment.
P.S.M. is that singular quantum leap and it’s coming soon.

Want to get FAR more value and bliss out of your existing music or
video collection? Want to have a lot more fun with your iPod, PMP,
iPhone or with parties you host?
Think about this:
Most people qualify things on what is their ‘personal’ preference
ie.
“I like this artist ‘_____’ but I hate that other group.”
“I love heavy metal and hate classical. I hate all boy bands”
“I like this indie/alt band that no one knows about”
“Ricky Martin sucks…That kind of music SUCKS” etc. etc.
They value their PERSONAL OPINION. And we all have that.
The thing is most people never get PAST that their entire life.
This is actually limiting the potential of how much fun they
Could be having.
Well, wait a minute…what if you put aside your personal preferences
or your ‘ego’ for a while and instead qualified songs, videos or
resources PURELY on their emotional content and ability to create
a certain emotional effect?
What if you started seeking out songs or videos that were CAUSES
of fun or happiness like ‘Walking on Sunshine’ or the ‘Footloose’
soundtrack?
What if you made playlists valuing fun, freedom and getting stoopid?
The causes lead to the effect. So now you could have ie:
A ‘Happy Playlist’
A ‘Seriously Fun’ Playlist
A ‘Get Ridiculous’ Playlist
I made an iTunes playlist called ‘gitLoose’ with these songs:
Apache – The SugarHill Gang
Don’t Stop Til you Get Enough – MJ
Monster Mash – BB Pickett
The Twist – Chubby Checker
Limbo Rock – Chubby Checker
The Loco-Motion – Little Eva
Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go – Wham!
See, I’m qualifying and valuing the songs on a desired effect
whether I CARE or not on the personal level. And with that,
it’s so easy to just get in a fun, brainless (egoless) state
of mind.
(I buy songs on iTunes and I also have YouTube playlists and use
both for personal and party use)
With a different value system like this I can now have all kinds
of fun from options I otherwise would have not thought twice about
or had already rejected ‘personally’.
So what ideas can you come up with? Take your current existing
resources and repurpose them! Just make sure they hold up to
the new standard. Think beyond the artist and go for the effect.
Your favorite artist might not make the cut and you might be pulling
in things you used to hate like Cyndi Lauper, 80′s pop and a bunch
of oldies but you know what?! You have a helluva lot more fun.
By FOCUSING and valuing purely the emotional content as the CAUSE
itself, you actually have more of the EFFECT of fun, cutting loose
or wang chung because you’re not letting yourself get in the way
anymore.
And this could open up a million things that you used to hate.
Personally I don’t like most ‘oldie moldies’ b/c my dad ALWAYS
listens to them..but wait a minute, by qualifying them on a new
standard there are all KINDS of fun songs that would now qualify
that just make ya feel good.
You can HATE Hanson but if ‘MmmBop’ or Color Me Badd gives you
a good feeling, put them into your ‘top down’, ‘fun’ or ‘happy’
playlist.
I still hate Elmo on a personal level but because I can get
beyond my ego and QUALIFY it on a state of Joy, I’ll watch
Elmo videos or talk like Elmo (especially to single girls)
and feel great. Elmo has no ego!
See what I’m saying? You can DESPISE Ricky Martin, oldies,
Belinda Carlisle, ABBA or Wham! – but if they pass the Fun,
feeling effect standard, accept it for what it is and you
might want to include them in your fun state playlists even
though they might not make it on your ‘personal’ playlists.
Another thing is to not care if an artist is ‘washed up’ or what
people would think socially because that is limiting you from
just being affected into raw states of fun.
Instead of ‘personal’ (ego-based) causes, start adding in some
unadulterated causes of fun, goofiness and liberty. It could be
a new quest for you and could really open up options for better
house parties too.
Put on your gitLoose, fun or happy playlists anytime you just
want a pure dose or rush of that desired emotion! It’s easier
to just start dancing and being fun yourself when you simply
value the effect with your ‘personal’ blocks out of the way.
I used to be a wedding D.J. but I didn’t even know this back
then. Wang Chung with it,

Here are some of my tips from being an experienced world traveler. I’ve been in some of the more relatively ‘dangerous’ parts of the world; Indonesia, Colombia, Brasil.
My tips here are geared more towards men. The main thing is to actually ‘know you belong’. You don’t want to stand out like a ‘tourist’. The energy you project is one of the most important things.
If you have a strong, self-assured, independent, ‘minding your own business vibe’ like I always carry, you are FAR less likely to be seen as a victim of mugging or drama. Even a bit of ‘don’t mess with me – stay away’ vibe can work to your advantage as well.
Another thing is to stay away from obviously dangerous areas like really poor areas, favelas or barrios unless you’re with a group (and in daylight). You don’t want to really ‘stand out’ either. Because I look so international, I guess that works to my advantage to blend in.
I could actually pass as South American in many parts (and have) but if you are pasty white and really stand out, you may really have to be more conscious of things, not to look like a super-tourist gringo. It really helps to know some of the language to get around anyways and look like you belong.
Don’t wear flashy jewelry and the like when you’re going out at night. Talk with assurance to any cab drivers and know where you’re headed. In some countries where they are more forthcoming and aggressive you almost want to ‘match’ that vibe in communicating with them – you just don’t want anyone mistaking you for a ‘weak’ tourist that they can prey upon but that you know how to handle yourself and know the area.
People recommend to travel with a buddy but I don’t always do that. I’ve walked along Avenida Atlantica in Rio several times alone without any issue. A physical presence and awareness can really help you out.
If you appear like a victim or are ‘afraid’ to be in certain areas, that is going to come across and you’re going to stand out more as a potential victim. Take some self defense classes and work on your physical energy.
I have avoided a lot of trouble by not looking for trouble but being more strong and direct in communicating with people I’m not sure about or who seem kind of sketchy. Some people just ‘attract trouble’. You don’t want to be that guy. There were some guys in the Army who just always attracted trouble or who would have trigger hair tempers. Those are guys that will keep attracting trouble. Instead you want that, self-confident ‘staying out of other people’s business’ vibe.
This has got me through Indonesia, Brasil and other areas which ARE dangerous at the wrong time and place. Do your best not to attract that. Be sensible and mindful at all times. Travel with discreet luggage. Use luggage locks and ALWAYS carry a laptop wire lock if you use a laptop…out of sight out of mind.
On the Colombian overnight bus, I just kept the bag underneath me latched around my legs and made sure no one could access it from behind. It’s just about being mindful and having a ‘presence’ over your stuff will avoid most trouble. Always keep your bag with you.
There are laptop thieves in some countries who will come by on bikes or grab things real fast so don’t be holding things out in the open. Latch your camera around you if you’re using it. Watch out for open beer bottles. In some places they can ‘put something’ like a pill into your drink. This happened to me once but I was still fine because my hotel was close and I just fell asleep fast.
Get a local map and have an idea where you are. Generally it’s not smart at all to be walking around at night in sketchy areas. If so, do it with forward confidence and look like you know where you’re going. If you see potential trouble down a certain side street even if it’s on your route, avoid it. Stay in well lit, public areas whenever possible.
When some over-talkative Indonesian man on a bus wanted my U.S. address to ‘send me things’ I politely yet confidently refused. I was the first American many of those people ever had seen in Pacitan, Indonesia. Know some locals if at all possible. I had a tour guide with Plan International who was a local and informed me of some of the local advice.
You may find lower class people who want to help you out with directions with the expectation of something in exchange. This exists in the U.S. as well. Be forward and confident with them so as things don’t go too far. I usually politely yet confidently refuse. If they follow you and give you good advice, then give them something fair but modest in exchange and then wave them off.
When I was searching for apartments in Rodadero, there were some sketchy peligroso guys who wanted to help me out. My main thing was that I didn’t want to keep being pestered by them the whole month I was going to live there, so I looked at some apartments and it was really my assertiveness in knowing what I liked and what I didn’t like and just how I dealt with them.
After I booked something I was also ‘in’ with the owner of the hotel where I rented a room for a month who also had ‘clout’ in that area – and they had a secure ‘buzz in’ gate. I was sure to get something ‘secure’ and it was on like the 12th floor.
After I came back down, I knew they wanted something in return so I had them order some soda’s and bread and I just paid for everything.
They wanted to pressure me into other things later but I said “not interested…I’m fine thanks” and kept walking towards my destination. Eventually they got the idea. True confidence is the best prevention. Try to blend in and be like a local…know your way around.
In certain countries, don’t carry your wallet in your front OR back pockets..instead use a travel pouch* underneath your clothing to secure the basics. I started relaxing and thought I was fine because generally people don’t mess with me but in Las Ramblas there were 2 incidents.
One where a group of ugly mahoo’s came up touching me and they had lifted my wallet until I started creating some strong drama as a friend said to ‘check my pockets’ and they had left it on the ledge. I leveraged getting the police over here which is something you can use in their language and be REALLY ASSERTIVE in a situation like that.
Another time, we were out late and I didn’t even know it had been lifted…there are real pro’s at pick-pocketing who work around Las Ramblas in Barcelona and they stole my wallet without me even noticing for 2 hours (AND my back pocket wasn’t even ‘loose’). Because of good karma, I later got the wallet returned via Facebook (another story but they took the cash).
If you have a room safe, use it. I usually only carry 1 or 2 good ATM cards with me and SOME local currency – not a whole lot.
REALLY be protective if you’re going to Barcelona..everyone has a story or knows someone who has things stolen. I had to lend cash to a friend who had 500 Euro stolen which he had withdrawn because of a scheme involving a woman and her lifting partner.
So anyways, there’s some practical and experienced advice for ‘staying safe’ in some of the more sketchy areas of the world. Try and room in a higher class part of town if at all possible or near a tourist district.
Research ahead online to see what kind of crime there is…often it’s just petty theft or muggings. When someone broke in to a neighbor’s apartment late at night (I stay up late) I came out with a very loud aggressive voice as they were scuffling and then that helped him to take off. From that point I kept a frying pan (and NOT afraid to use it) right near the glass window and door so that they could get an idea of what would be in store for them.
If you’ve got a Marine sticker that can work as well as a deterrent.
Attract safety instead of danger!

Learning Everything…The Long Road
This is a crazy, new approach to learning that I’ve adopted for some of my interests, hobbies and skill areas. It’s something you might be interested in adopting as well.
Lifetime Learning’ or whatever we’ve yet to call it is built upon the concept of ‘Kaizen’. It was that dedication to continual improvement that Edwards Deming brought over to Japan after WWII which turned them into an economic powerhouse.
I got the idea from Tony Robbin’s ‘Awaken The Giant Within’*. So back in 1998 when I’d first heard of it, I dedicated my life to the concept of ‘continual improvement’. I even got a tattoo from a Japanese dictionary of ‘kaizen suru’: to improve.
So anyways, this kaizen concept is crucial as it fits into your ‘overall’ or ‘long-term’ learning plan.
There’s a difference between, “Oh, I play guitar here and there” and “I have a long-term goal of continually improve my guitar skills ‘x amount’ per year.”
So let’s just look at the whole concept and then I’ll pull it together for you and how it can help you to master MANY skills but slowly over the course of even decades.
Ok, get the gist of it?
So let’s say I want to learn 6 languages, learn to play guitar and build my physical confidence with Jiu Jitsu.
It’s extremely impractical to try and squeeze those into your current ‘schedule’. If there is a priority skill you want to master, focus and immerse yourself on that. But for all of these skills that you would like to master, you just take the long-term approach.
That means over weeks and months, here and there you get around to each of the skills.
So for me, what I’ve been doing is I’ve got many Lonely Planet Phrasebooks. I’ll just pick up a different one from time to time and spend some more ‘equity-building’ time into that skill. The angle of mind is that (along with accelerated learning techniques anyways), I’m really just getting a little better at it each and every time.
Maybe I’ll spend a few minutes rehearsing the last time what I’ve already learned so then I can continue and move on, building further proficiency at that skill. And that’s what I’ve been doing.
I’ll spend 40 minutes on French vocab before going to sleep one night. Another day on a work break I’ll pick up the Mandarin phrasebook, refresh and pick up where I left off. Several times a day I’ll pick up the guitar and at least strum some chords so it further integrates into my long-term skill building.
If you look at it, it’s a painfully slow way to learn a skill from a short-term ‘get me there now’ mindset. But we know that isn’t always practical. So, if you just take this conscious but long-term skill building process, what happens?
My goodness, in 3 years you’ll be speaking several languages and playing a few instruments proficiently. And it’s done mostly using ‘downtime’ breaks that are IRREGULAR. Kinda cool huh?
So even with martial arts or a sport…yes, it’s recommended to continually play but in our busy lives? NOT always practical.
So find a sports center or martial arts dojo (or personal instruction) that CATERS to a ‘come in and out’ very loose and irregular schedule (esp. b/c you may also travel a lot). They may talk against it but the difference is, instead of ‘oh I’ll practice here and there (and never really improving), YOU are taking the mindset of conscious, dedicated long-term improvement.
So, say you take one lesson just to start something you’ve always wanted to try (like ‘Capoeira’). Then, if you CAN’T keep coming in or are also working on other skill areas, come back in several months to have lesson #2 and review what you learned in lesson #1 so you’re back at the same level you were and then take it another step learning something new in that lesson.
Anytime you go back to whatever the skill was, pick up where you left off and conscious IMPROVE. So with each area, you’re just doing repetition or something new to improve it during the little and irregular time that you ARE doing it.
Eventually learn to read tablature faster, learn some new chords and basic songs – it’s just all spread out irregularly. I encourage you to keep you skills around to ‘pick up’ during irregular breaks. I also encourage to completely stop watching t.v. unless it’s consciously improving you in some area (ie. Discovery channel). And instead, put that time into more skill development or self improvement areas.
Take advantage of your IRREGULAR ‘odd’ time and consciously use a long-term kaizen strategy to slowly master many skills!

There’s a lot of talk about Eckhart Tolle’s breakthrough book ‘The Power of Now’. It is very profound. But to a lot of people it just seems too idealistic, too impractical, too out of touch and not directly applicable to our ‘ego’-based and driven daily Western lives.
How can we stop wanting or having goals in a world driven by them? I have a different take on this in that we can truly use our good ego as well as develop our non-ego and get even more value out of our (Western) lives. Even more of a healthy and productive balance.
Traditional meditation is great but it doesn’t seem applicable or relevant for a lot of Western people. For beginners it’s extremely difficult to ever fully ‘silence’ our mind or truly enter the moment being fully present. So all these benefits of ‘being in the now’ continue to seem straight out of reach for millions of Westerners.
IS THERE ANOTHER WAY? An easier way to truly achieve non-egoic states of mind? Even a way in which he can truly HARNESS the power of the non-ego into healthy, creative and giving egoic or social based pursuits (like in your business)?
EFT/Tapping and Sedona Method are great for their specific purposes when put to use to heal emotional blocks and limiting beliefs, but how can we truly achieve ‘the now’ without doing traditional meditation. Is there another way?
Yes there is another way that is very new. It’s called Relational Meditation. It is a new path to true happiness. It is very effective, different and yet transformational at the same time. It has to be viewed and respected differently from traditional meditation in which you’re relying on nothing else ‘external’ to silence your mind.
So briefly, what is Relational Meditation and how can it help you? Relational Meditation is simply ‘meditating’ or achieving higher states of consciousness and non-ego in relation to something (vs. doing it ‘on your own’)
That something can be a video, audio, chanting, Holosync or an emotionally cathartic experience. So you can see it as ‘State assistance’. If you look at the world around us, our States are being ‘effected’ by the ’causes’ or ‘stimuli’ that we are in relationship to. When you are at an airport and there is a news program on loud near you, it’s difficult to actually think on your own. It is a certain type of ‘relationship’ that is affecting your thoughts and physiological State.
A short news clip is a ’cause’ if for no other reason than it has an EFFECT on your State ‘in the moment’. Ok, but what does this have to do with anything? Everything. You see, most people’s States are just byproduct EFFECTS of the CAUSES which are outside of them.
The t.v. or radio ad turns on and you are being AFFECTED in the moment. The entire social climate or group dynamics, even social beliefs and lyrics in a song are all CAUSES that are affecting the State of people.
Through time that becomes conditioned behavior. But since the causes are ego-based and usually socio-centric consumerist values, the effect on people’s State leaves them oppressed from truly achieving higher levels of consciousness out of the ego.
So, how you use relational meditation is to get control over what causes are affecting your State of mind vs. only relying on your mostly programmed and ego-centric thinking mind ‘on it’s own’..you just have to be AFFECTED by something outside of yourself.
Once you get non-egoic or emotional, self-less causes, the effect is different on your State of mind. It can transcend you into higher levels of consciousness. Yet we don’t do that and we let others CONTROL the effect. You turn on the TV and it’s instant program-receiver effect on your State, again limiting you from transcending beyond the level of the cause itself.
So for example, most people will be affected when an emotional cause comes along but with relational meditation you CONSCIOUSLY choose the effect that you want to cause.
You take 100% control over what affects your emotional state and you acquire resources which will take you into higher levels of consciousness.
One of the biggest things you can be aware of right now (if traditional meditation is too difficult) is this: you can use emotion to enter higher states of non-ego.
When you are in a pure emotional State like happiness or love, your mentally chattering egoic mind is silenced and the power of the emotion sweeps over your body. But again, most people are AFFECTED by what is outside of them (often the consumerist social agenda that is anything but enlightened).
So to achieve that elusive ‘state of now’ without traditional meditation, try out relational meditation. Try out peak state emotional conditioning. It’s easy and fun and the benefits are limitless to happiness, bliss, quality of life, creativity and more.

Visualization is a good way to help clarify the dream or goal we want to achieve.
We can visualize something and hold the image in our mind, recalling it with our thoughts or we can create a vision board.
You can create a swipe file of clippings or photos of luxuries, lifestyle or things you would want in your life. From there you can easily put together a vision board to hang on the wall or do it digitally and print it out.
This way you can have the visual of what you want in front of you or around your home or office.
Visualizing can help you attract your dream but let’s get real; What REALLY matters is your State of mind, belief and relationship with the dream itself.
I used to have a vision board for years but it didn’t really work. I was still working hard and just not really connecting or getting into a state of mind with my dreams on it.
I wasn’t getting my own State of mind and energy in ‘tune’ with my desires. But something really changed all of that.
As a video producer myself after watching ‘The Secret’ in 2006 I independently came up with the concept of creating a ‘power visualization’ video that would represent my goals and dreams.
This concept alone is so powerful and gets me into a deep physiological state of mind everytime. I have attracted many things that just wouldn’t have been possible otherwise.
I call this video power visualization technique a ‘Mind Reel’. It’s taking your goals, dreams, aspirations, history, gratitude and putting it all into one empowering video production that inspires you every time.
The Mind Reel concept takes the Law of Attraction and puts it into overdrive. Why does it work? The magic is in the emotion that you experience. That extra energy is building a physiological relationship with that which you desire and it’s done within the production including powerful emotional ‘triggers’.
Everything is built right into the Mind Reel so that you don’t have to ‘force’ yourself to visualize or stare at dreams which only seem like an out of touch fantasy. The power is built right into the experience which affects your State of mind and gets you in touch with your dreams.
This creates a powerful, magnetic force of attraction and belief on a subconscious level.
By having your own Mind Reel (which can be anything you want it to be), you can condition yourself to get into deeper states of mind while seeing faster and more powerful attraction and manifestations in your life.
Try it and see. To get and idea what I am talking about (and the level of quality and emotional triggers there can be), go watch the ‘Carpe Visum’ 2 minute video at this location:

You will start to see the potential of how you can visualize more powerfully and relevantly than ever before for attraction while also building your own State of mind and ability to manifest.
I think it’s clearly the most powerful application technique of leveraging the Law of Attraction. When you can clarify and build that energy relationship with your dreams like this, the force will be stronger and the actions to take to have it manifest will show up for you.
The manifestation of your dreams will be much easier and more enjoyable, leading to larger manifestations.
